About CR Practice
Sharing the principles of mind, thought and consciousness
CR Practice was established with the goal of pointing people to their true, spiritual, nature, thus awakening their own wisdom and common sense, so that they can bring the feeling of joy and contentment back into their lives.
In order to do so, we share a simple, yet profound understanding known as The Three Principles. We show you how these principles lie behind all human function and experience. We do not point to a new phenomenon; it is happening whether human beings are aware of it or not. We simply guide people to see what is behind all of their experience; as they start to see the Principles in their own day to day life, they discover new levels of understanding, freedom of thought and choice. A freedom and independence that many never believed they would ever have.
Chana Rosenblatt, the founder of the practice, came across the Three Principles’ teachings of Sydney Banks over a decade ago. It sparked her on a journey of self-discovery and development, which positively affected, and ultimately transformed her whole life. Chana is inspired to share this understanding with others and is a gifted teacher, deeply connected to her inner wisdom; she emanates a kind soul and gentle spirit. You can read Chana's bio here.

Sydney Banks
Sydney Banks (1931-2009) was an ordinary man who had a profound insight in 1973 and went on to share this. His awakening revealed to him The Three Principles that are the foundation of all human experience; mind, consciousness and thought.
People from all walks of life were drawn to learn from Syd. Those who were impacted at an insightful level experienced profound changes that transformed their lives. The principles began to have a strong impact on the practice of psychology and psychiatry within a growing community of professionals in therapy, education and both community and individual rehabilitation. Judicial systems, prisons, halfway houses, and homeless shelters have introduced The Three Principles with outstanding success.
Banks’ words proved, and continue to prove, to be an affirmative and constructive force, with lasting change in the lives of thousands.
