Professional Supervision
Practitioners may discuss anonymised aspects of sessions in professional supervision to maintain the quality and safety of the service.
Service Providers
Online booking, video-call and payment platforms may process information on our behalf. They are used only where needed to provide and administer the service.
Recordings
Online sessions are not recorded by CR Practice unless we ask for and receive your written consent in advance.
Keeping Information
Records are kept securely and deleted securely when the applicable retention period ends.
