About the programme

Living with Wisdom is a 15-session programme designed to help you live a life with less stress overwhelm and anxiety, and feel more contentment and happiness. See how to live more in the present and less in your thinking. This programme will remind you how easy it is to quieten our minds, find more peaceful feelings and access more of our common sense and wisdom. If you are interested in hearing a simple, practical and helpful understanding that will improve your state of mind and bring nice feelings to you and to those around you - this programme is for you. We will be sharing the Three Principles understanding and you can hear from acclaimed practitioners from around the world, including Dr. George and Linda Pransky, Dr. Mark Howard, Dr. Christine Heath and many more, who have been sharing this hopeful, practical and helpful understanding for over 40 years. The understanding we share will help with any area of life including anxiety, low moods, addictions, relationships, stress, day-to-day functioning, bad habits, parenting. lack of motivation, confidence, and insecurity. In short, if you are a human being, going through the human experience, this programme will point you to an easier, more graceful and more productive way of life.
